Each of these skills is an essential component in maintaining a good family structure, a healthy mind and good social habits.

Tournaments are a key part of any martial arts’ student’s training. They present the opportunity to test physical and mental skills in a friendly, competitive and controlled environment. Supporting these competitions mean more students can be recognised for their achievements and ‘give it a go’ attitude.

Congratulations to all the competitors in the recent Bai Rui Regional Championships in Ipswich bringing home 3 gold, 8 silver and 14 bronze.
